The Energy Event is one of Europe's largest exhibitions and conferences that focuses solely on energy procurement, management and efficiency, taking place at the National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham on the 8th & 9th September 2010. According to DTE Energy, thermal stratification, which is the layering of air at rising temperatures from floor to ceiling, is the single biggest waste of energy in buildings today.
The Airius range of Destratification fans are widely used throughout industrial, pharmaceutical, commercial and retail sectors, for example, in warehouses, factories, superstores, offices, car showrooms and greenhouses and can reduce a buildings energy requirement for heating and cooling by up to 50%.
The Airius units are also so effective in reducing carbon emissions the cost of installation can qualify for interest free loans from the Carbon Trust.
